When you choose to pay with PayPal, you'll be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Here, you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still check out. Just click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you'll be taken to a secure page where you can safely enter your credit card information or complete your payment via PayPal.
Does Dezylab collect and store my credit card details?
No, we don't. We never collect or store any of your credit card details. All payments are processed securely by either PayPal or your credit card provider, depending on the payment method you choose. When you get to the final step of checkout, you'll be redirected to PayPal’s secure website. At no point do we have access to your credit card information.
Why did my online transaction fail?
An online transaction might fail for a few reasons, such as a problem with your credit card, your online payment gateway settings, or incorrect card details.
If your transaction fails, here are some things you can do:
Double-check that your debit/credit card details are correct.
Try using a different card or another payment method, like PayPal.
Contact your debit/credit card provider and provide them with the error message. They may be able to help identify the issue.
