30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

 

For products purchased on the official Dezylab website, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of the purchase. This policy does not apply to bulk orders (more than 10 units of a product), which are non-refundable. Once your returned item(s) arrive at the address provided by the Dezylab Customer Support Team, the refund process will begin.

Returns must meet the following requirements:

Include all items originally sent.

Include all products for which the buyer would like a refund. If part of a larger order, only the returned items will be refunded, not the total order value.

Include original packaging.

The refund for discounted products will only be for the discounted value.

For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

For non-quality related returns, Dezylab will only refund the cost of the product itself.

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the requirements listed above.
