Dezylab offers an easy-to-understand warranty that can be claimed by following a straightforward process. If you have any questions about a product purchased from Dezylab, please contact us.


 

Warranty Period

 

All Dezylab products are covered by a 12-month warranty. You can activate it by using the 24-Month Warranty Form.

In special circumstances, such as crowdfunding campaigns, a product's warranty will be subject to the specific policy explained on the campaign page.


 

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

 

Any quality-related defects on items sold by Dezylab are covered by a warranty of at least 24 months, starting from the date of purchase.

For quality-related warranty claims, Dezylab will offer a new replacement item of equal value based on the extent of the item's defect.

In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Dezylab will offer a refund based on the item's usage time.

Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Dezylab’s authorized distributors and retailers are handled directly through those distributors and retailers. The Dezylab Customer Support Team is still available to provide product support.

Dezylab’s warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

A replacement is qualified for warranty claims if the original purchase is still under the warranty period. Warranties on products are void after a full refund has been issued.


 

Requirements for a Claim

 

To make a warranty claim, you must provide:

Sufficient proof of purchase, such as an order number (preferred) or a sales invoice.

A detailed explanation of the defect, including pictures or video (preferred) that clearly show the defect.

It may also be necessary to return an item for a quality inspection to verify the defect (at the discretion of the Dezylab Customer Support Team).

Note: Contact the Dezylab Customer Support Team directly before returning defective items, whether purchased on the official Dezylab website, Amazon, or through a third-party distributor or retailer.


 

Products Not Covered by Warranty

 

The following products are not eligible for a warranty claim:

Free products (e.g., from social media giveaways).

Products without sufficient proof of purchase.

Lost or stolen products.

Items that have passed their warranty period.

Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).

Repairs through third parties.

Damage from outside sources (including wear and tear).

Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, or improper device operation).

Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

Gifts purchased by others.


 

Dezylab Is Not Liable For:

 

Loss of data incurred from the use of Dezylab products.

Returning personal items sent to Dezylab.
