Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–10 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders, with the exception of purchases that only contain accessories.
What countries does Dezylab ship to?
Dezylab currently ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Japan, India, Slovakia and UAE. We plan to expand to more countries in the future.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to ensure all your items arrive together. However, different shipping options may be used depending on the product, so sometimes items may be shipped separately. You will receive a separate shipment notification email once each item has been shipped.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we can't change the shipment once the product is en route. However, you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with the accurate details.
What should I do if my package is lost?
If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and determine the next steps. Once we have all relevant information, the processing time will be 1 to 3 business days. We will do our best to resolve your case quickly.
What if I have a problem after my order has been delivered?
A timely notification with valid proof will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible. If you experience any of the following problems with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it, providing a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant information:
Items in the package are damaged.
The items you received are not what you ordered, or some items are missing.
The courier’s website shows the package as delivered and signed for, but you did not receive it.
